Thirty days, no questions, and cancelling costs the same number of clicks as buying.
Thirty-day refund
If the platform is not what you expected, email us within thirty days of purchase and we refund in full. No questions, no retention call, no offer.
We would rather refund you than have you resent the purchase. And we would rather know why — but telling us is not a condition.
Why we can offer that
There is a free 30-day read-only evaluation before you buy. If you took it, you already know what the platform does on your own estate — and if you did not, a refund costs us less than a bad reference.
After thirty days
Cancel at any time from your account. Your licence runs to the end of the period you paid for, then freezes. We do not pro-rate a part-month, and we do not charge for the next one.
Cancelling is not harder than buying
It is one action from your account page. There is no phone call, no form, no "are you sure" sequence, and no offer designed to slow you down. The exit is as easy as the entrance, and that is a design commitment rather than a courtesy.
What cancelling does not do
It does not stop your clients being monitored while the period you paid for is still running, and it does not delete anything — your data is on your hardware and stays there.
Annual terms
Cancel an annual term mid-year and we refund the unused whole months, less any discount you received for committing annually.
