That sounds obvious, and almost nothing is built that way — because verification requires one shared model of what is true, and the platforms MSPs run are four acquired products sharing a login.
So this was built as one system: one data model, one reasoning layer, one audit trail. Which makes it possible to answer a question nobody else can — not "what does your patch tool say" but "is that actually true, and how do you know."

If we can't reach something, the product says unreachable. It doesn't say clean, and it doesn't report zero as though zero were measured.
Independently re-checking something and being told it worked are different things, recorded differently, and never displayed as though they were the same.
The things Genie will never do are enforced by the software and proven by tests, not written in a policy document nobody reads.
