The licence does not change$6 USD per managed asset either way. A Tier 1 box carries five thousand assets for $650 a month — on a practice that size the hardware is a little over two per cent of what you pay, and it is the two per cent you would otherwise be buying, racking and replacing yourself.

The published research is not on their side — in one vendor’s own paper a plain baseline beat their memory system, and a major coding tool shipped automatic memory in June 2025 and removed it five months later. So a second Genie runs the same work with memory switched off, permanently. We publish the difference between them, never the memory-on figure alone — and if the difference goes negative and stays negative, memory gets turned off.

Genie reads the estate, builds the plan from your own history of similar jobs, prices it from your rate card and live distributor pricing, and produces three documents from one source:
The quotation your client signs, in your branding. The project plan you schedule from, with effort estimated against your last three comparable jobs and the comparison shown. And the implementation runbook your technician works from at 2am — ordered steps, the ticket on each one, an observable check for "done", the point of no return marked before you reach it, and rollback inline.
Change the plan and all three change. No figure in one can contradict another. On acceptance the tickets exist and procurement raises — and acceptance is a recorded human act, never an email saying "looks good".
Onboarding a client
Point him at the network. Come back to a finished estate.

Open your backup dashboard and find a restore test
Not a job that succeeded — a restore that was actually performed and verified. Most MSPs cannot find one, on any client, in any month. Our backup state has three values because that distinction is the whole problem.
Count the seats on one agreement against the accounts that actually exist
Pick your third-largest client. Compare the contracted quantity to what is live in their tenant right now. The gap is money, in one direction or the other, and nothing you run is watching it.
Ask your patch report about supersedence
Find a machine reported as missing a patch that is carrying its replacement. That false positive is why technicians stop reading patch reports — and it is a per-product chain, not a version number.
