Compliance

Frameworks with evidence collected rather than asserted, and a control with no automatable evidence marked manual.

Evidence, not checkboxes

Controls map to evidence the platform can collect — patch state, MFA coverage, backup verification, access reviews, log retention. Each carries when it was last established and by what.

A control with no automatable evidence is MANUAL and requires human attestation. It is never auto-passed, and a framework showing all-green where a third is manual is a framework nobody should trust.

Unverifiable is not compliant

Where a source was unreachable during a window, the affected controls report could not verify, with the window named — never compliant, never non-compliant, and never carried forward from the last check.

Genie never concludes compliance

He reports control status and the evidence behind it. He never states that a client is compliant, attests a control, or gives legal advice on a framework. That is a legal representation and it needs a person.

The EU AI Act

Article 50 requires disclosure that you are interacting with an AI system. That is our obligation as the provider, it took effect on 2 August 2026, and it cannot be delegated to you in a licence agreement.

Content Genie generates carries machine-readable marking. The platform's own decision log, approval gates and audit trail are collectable as evidence.
