Client portal

What your client sees — their tickets, their service, their approvals, in your branding.

What a client can do

  • Raise, view and comment on tickets
  • Approve work awaiting their decision
  • See their service position — SLA as a distribution, not a mean
  • Review and approve quotations
  • See what they are covered for, and what they are not

Your brand, throughout

The portal carries the MSP's identity. Our mark appears only where you have chosen to show it.

Approvals are real

An approval in the portal is a recorded act by a named person with authority. It is not inferred from a reply, and it carries through to whatever it authorised.

Honest by construction

The portal shows the same figures as your console, from the same records. There is no client-facing version of the truth.

Where something is unreachable or unverified, the portal says so. A client who discovers a gap you had already found and not shown them has learned something about you.

Run it beside what you already have, against your real clients. It tells you what your tools are reporting that is not true.
