What you are starting

At day 30 it freezes. It does not delete, does not wipe, and your findings stay readable. Converting is a licence state change — no reinstall and no re-discovery.
What we ask for
Three things: your work email, your company name, and a password.
Not a phone number, not a headcount, not a job title, and not how you heard about us — because we would not use any of them.

Your licence and download link are issued immediately. Not in a couple of hours, not the next working day — before you have finished reading this page.
Issuing a read-only evaluation licence commits nothing. No money changes hands, no contract exists, and nothing can be done to your estate. There is no judgement in it, so there is no reason for a person to be in the way of it.
Same when you buy. A cleared payment issues a licence immediately — your card has already been confirmed by our processor, and a person re-approving that adds nothing but a wait.
An MSP who has paid and is waiting has the worst experience in this product. They have given us money and received nothing. That is why nobody has to be awake for it.

Ask on any page, or email the address below. Genie answers from published material at any hour, and escalates to a person where he cannot. You will not get a sales sequence — the hours are published and there is no queue in front of it.
Before you start, one thing to know
At the end of the evaluation, a summary of what was found is sent to us. Once, automatically, and never again. Counts, consequence figures, your asset count, how much of it we could see, and the dates.
Nothing about your clients is in it — no name, no hostname, no address, and no way to tell which client any count belongs to. You asked for this. They did not.

What comes back to us at the end, and what does not
When the evaluation ends, a summary of what was found is sent to us. Once, and never again. We are telling you here rather than in a document you would have to go and read, because it is the sort of thing that ought to be on the page you start from.
It carries counts — how many findings, of what kind, the figures beside them, how many assets were observed and how many were not, and the dates. That is the whole of it.
It carries no client name, no hostname, no address, no serial and no content of any document. Not because we filtered them out — there is no field in the message they could sit in.
The reason is not your privacy. It is your clients'. Northwind Manufacturing never signed up to have their name in a vendor's database, and the fact that you evaluated a platform is not their consent.
You can see exactly what was sent, byte for byte, on your own console afterwards. Not to approve it — to check it, which is the standard we hold everywhere else.
The full report — the one with your clients, your machines and the evidence behind every figure — stays on your deployment and is never transmitted. We could not write it. We do not have the data.
