What you are buying
A licence to run the whole platform on your own hardware. Every module, no tiers, no per-seat add-ons, and no charge for AI usage — the model runs on your GPU and there is nothing for us to meter.
Your data never leaves your building. We receive ten fields and a signature for billing, and you can read them before they are sent.

Every invoice shows the split — committed, variable, and anything outstanding pending a record. You can recompute your own bill from the published rate and your own signed record and get the same number we did.
Why nobody else offers this
Every AI in this market runs on somebody else's inference bill — a model hosted by a cloud provider, charged by the token, and passed on to you. Their cost rises every time their agent does something useful, which is the opposite of what you want from automation.
So they cannot offer a flat price on AI even if they wanted to. A vendor promising unlimited usage on a metered model is absorbing a bill they cannot predict, and the ones who tried it added overages instead.
Ours runs on a card you already own. The model is loaded, the electricity is the same whether Genie answers ten questions or ten thousand, and there is no meter because there is nothing to meter.
A busy month costs exactly what a quiet one costs. That is not a pricing decision we could reverse next year — it is what happens when the model runs on your hardware instead of ours.
Changing or cancelling
Change your asset count at any time; it takes effect from the next period. Cancel from your account — the same number of clicks as buying, no retention call, no offer, no friction.
Cancelling stops the billing. It does not stop the monitoring. Your licence runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your clients are not affected by a commercial decision between you and us.
