How does voice chat work?
Visitors click the microphone button in the chat widget. Their voice is recorded, sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription, processed by the AI chatbot, and the response is spoken back via TTS. The mic button pulses in real-time with voice volume. Also supports OpenAI's Realtime API for bidirectional audio.
